The presence of a physical being besides your physical body is purely amazing. Ever wondered how people connect or how they react to the same situation differently with different people? Ever wondered how that girl unnoticed suddenly became noticed? We, as a collective term and as an individual term are always surrounded by humans. We are always surrounded by the physical presence of known and unknown. Think about the last time you were travelling on an airplane or a train or a bus. Remember how the person sitting next to you felt? We have stopped our minds and our hearts to feel the magic of a living, breathing human body next to ours simply because humans are too many. Now, limit yourself to the humans you like. Do you remember how you felt when you were sitting besides them the last time? Not someone in particular, but the humans you like as a whole. The answer can either be judged, unsaid or not felt. The physical presence of someone residing next to you was supposed to be mesmerizing. It was supposed to enlighten you and en devour you to places that humans were meant to go or feel.
There is an invisible force that surrounds all of us at all times. The invisible force is energy. Energy can come out in different ways and styles and could also be understood and grabbed and it could very well change the mental and emotional state of a human sitting next to you. Since, people know what energy is and people who know what emotions are, are very well aware of the changes in the air and the mental state and thus they do not care or do not want to care about what is happening around them because it is not something new. Youth has spent most of their time trying to imagine things they cannot possibly do and if they can, they have not shown initiation towards it. Humans were supposed to feel. They were supposed to be bewildered each time a new person or a new stranger stood by them because of the vibes that a person carries. Be it positive or negative. It was supposed to be felt by another human because we are surrounded by the same.
All of these emotions can be felt actively and till the core when in the presence of someone from the opposite sex who is very well interested in you. Your heart pounds. The pattern of your breathing changes. You put out such vibes that would attract the person in order to gain and achieve a partnership with them.
The raw intense passion that a person has for someone else is not physical. The sense of touch and sex are mere means of showing and portraying love. The raw intense passion is the hunger of one soul for another. A soul craving and demanding the need of a physical form in order to fulfill the desires that it has. A soul wanting to be at peace all the time. A soul wanting nothing more than barely a presence of another soul.
Soulmate is now a term that people use to describe their relationship with their partner. For the people who are single, they are searching for it and for the people who have it do not know how to deal with it. According to Greek Mythology in a philosophical text written by Plato, The symposium, it is said that “Humans originally had four arms, four legs, and a single head made of two faces. He continues that there were three genders: man, woman and the “Androgynous”. The men were children of the sun, the women were children of the earth and the Androgynous were children of the moon, which was born of the sun and earth. It is said that humans had great strength at the time and threatened to conquer the gods. The gods were then faced with the prospect of destroying the humans with lightning as they had done with the Titans but then they would lose the tributes given to the gods by humans. Zeus developed a creative solution by splitting humans in half as punishment for humanity’s pride and doubling the number of humans who would give tribute to the gods. These split humans were in utter misery to the point where they would not eat and would perish so Apollo had sewn them up and reconstituted their bodies with the navel being the only remnant hankering back to their original form. Each human would then only have one set of genitalia and would forever long for his/her other half; the other half of his/her soul. It is said that when the two find each other, there is an unspoken understanding of one another, that they feel unified and would lie with each other in unity and would know no greater joy than that.” – Soulmate (Wikipedia)
This is how exactly the wilderness and passion drives us through unparalleled forces when we are condemned from the physical form of someone we vibe with. This is why a heartbreak is a heartbreak and maybe, maybe, this is what it was meant to be human and vulnerable all at once, in the presence of a lover.
